Automatic rinsing, filling and closing systems for glass bottles, available in various models based on the hourly productivity required by the customers. All plants are equipped with a system of rinsing with mechanical grippers, a filling one with isobaric valves and a capping one, installed on a single support structure equipped with stainless steel perimeter protection.
HIGH SPEED RINSING FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINES
Automatic systems for processing and packaging bottled beverages of any size both in glass and PET. The range of available machines allows to cover the production requirements starting from 1200 bottles/hour to 60,000 bottles hour.
These systems are designed to carry out automatically the rinsing cycles, the filling cycles and capping of bottles ones; these plants can be completed with transport systems and ancillary equipment complying with the requirements of customers and respecting the spaces available in the installation rooms.
Both the technology and the components used to produce this type of equipment are the same used in plants with high productivity.
An operator panel allows to control all the operation parameters of the plant.
On request is possible to realize hybrid systems which allow, with a single plant, the glass and PET bottles processing.

These systems are designed to carry out automatically the cycles of filling and seaming of cans and can be completed with transport systems and ancillary machines complying with the customers' requirements and respecting the spaces available in the installation rooms.

BOTTLE AND CAN PASTEURIZATION AND COOLING TUNNELS
unnel pasteurizer unit, equipped with an automatic system, applied to the pasteurization areas, which allows to avoid the over-pasteurization of the product in case of stop of the internal conveyor.

The unit consists of a stainless steel AISI 304 solid structure that is subjected to an abrasive blasting and protective coating.
Inside are anchored the tanks that feed the upper showers and outside are positioned all the instruments of command and control of both the mechanical cycle and the temperature.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC KEG RINSING AND FILLING LINES
