HIGH SPEED RINSING FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINES

Automatic systems for processing and packaging bottled beverages of any size both in glass and PET. The range of available machines allows to cover the production requirements starting from 1200 bottles/hour to 60,000 bottles hour.
These systems are designed to carry out automatically the rinsing cycles, the filling cycles and capping of bottles ones; these plants can be completed with transport systems and ancillary equipment complying with the requirements of customers and respecting the spaces available in the installation rooms.

An operator panel allows to control all the operation parameters of the plant.

CAN FILLING AND SEAMING LINES

Automatic systems for processing and packaging of canned beverages of any size, made of aluminum, steel and tinplate. The range of machines available allows to cover the production requirements from 1200 cans per hour to 40,000 cans per hour

BOTTLE AND CAN PASTEURIZATION AND COOLING TUNNELS

unnel pasteurizer unit, equipped with an automatic system, applied to the pasteurization areas, which allows to avoid the over-pasteurization of the product in case of stop of the internal conveyor. Tunnel pasteurizer unit, available in different sizes, for the pasteurization of the already packaged product.

The unit consists of a stainless steel AISI 304 solid structure that is subjected to an abrasive blasting and protective coating.
Inside are anchored the tanks that feed the upper showers and outside are positioned all the instruments of command and control of both the mechanical cycle and the temperature.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC KEG RINSING AND FILLING LINES
