CITRUS JUICE EXTRACTOR
We offer machinery for the citrus juice extraction. It gives the perfect product without being crushing the peel. Also maximum juice extraction is guaranteed.
HOMOGENIZERS
Used to homogenized the product by preventing layer separation from extracted fruit juices . Apply very high pressure to break the small particles to Nano scale particles. After homogenization the particle size would be 2-5 microns. We offer from pilot scale to high production capacities.
COLLOIDAL MILLS
Used to homogenize the viscous juices by grinding the small particles to ultra small particles.
PASTEURIZERS AND STERILIZERS
We offer continuous and batch pasteurizers as well as continuous sterilizers, Depends on the application the continuous pasteurizers / sterilizers would be either plate heat exchanges or tubular heat exchangers. It will be more energy efficient and with energy regeneration capability also.
STEAM JACKETED KETTLES

PROCESS TANKS
These tanks will act as storage , mixing as well as balancing tanks . Some times cooling as well as heating tanks if it is jacketed. We can provide 100 L to 20,000 L capacity. Also can supply with an agitator as well as heating or cooling jacket with insulation if necessary. Upon request we can supply the CIP spray balls for cleaning.
RETORTS
Important for sterilization of Cans , bottles pouches etc. Two different types Vertical retorts relatively for small out puts Horizontal retorts for sterilizing large number of products and if it is counter pressure retort we can sterilize the flexible pouches also. By using retorts total destruction of pathogenic micro organisms as well as their heat resistant spores.
EXHAUST BOX
Widely used in the canning as well as bottling industry. Before closing the can or bottle we send through the exhaust box. There it injects steam or immerse the product in hot water. Inactivation of enzymes Removal of dissolved gases Give initial heat shock prior to retorting are some of the benefits
SANITARY PUMPS
