PRE CLEANER
Pre cleaner cleans the light impurities and dust by air suction while bigger and smaller particles are separated by using vibratory screens.
GRAVITY SEPARATOR
The product processed by the gravity separator is separated into layers of different specific weight according to the fluid bed principle. Other grains as well as half-filled grains or other impurities which has different specific weight can be separated by using this machine. Gravity separators also can be used as de stoners.
SPICE BUBBLE WASHER
It adopts the cleaning principle of high pressure air bubble, There is bubble generator in the water tank, the air bubble can rub material and make them roll, imitating manual washing, so that the spices can be completely washed. The finished products is lifted by conveyor mesh belt to next process automatically.
CHILI DRY CLEANING MACHINE
The chili dry cleaning machine is mainly used for removing the surface dust and defects and pieces of dried chili. The brush roller make the dried chili rolling and move forward, the dust and other foreign matter will be removed by brush rollers; the foreign matter and defects are discharged from defects channel, the cleaned chili is discharged through outlet. This is a good option to avoid washing and drying.
SPICE DRYING OVEN
Hot air is circulated in the oven. The Heat efficiency is high and the energy is saved. By using the forced ventilation function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the oven. The materials can be dried uniformly. The heating source might be steam, hot water, electricity and far infrared. With a wide selection. The temperature is controlled automatically. The installation and maintenance are easy. The application is wide. The machine can be used for drying various materials and is versatile drying equipment. If necessary this can be coupled with dehumidifiers and conduct low temperature drying for heat sensitive products.
PRE BREAKER
Pre breaker is used to break the larger particles to smaller particles to be used as it is or feed the product to the micronizer.

CRYOGENIC GRINDING SYSTEMS
We offer complete cryogenic grinding systems which uses either liquid Nitrogen or carbon dioxide. By using this system the spice grinding can be done at very low temperatures such as +5C and more than 95% of the volatile compounds will be retained in the ground product.

SPICE POWDER SCREENING MACHINE
Material is fed into the screen box through screw conveyor, continuous rotation of the vane pushes the material forward, fine material is fallen from the screen, and the coarse material is further advanced and discharged from the coarse chute, and thus reaching the ideal screening effect. More efficient than vibro separators when it comes to smaller particle sizes with little bit of oil.
SPICE POWDER BLENDING MACHINE
Ribbon blenders are widely used to blend spice powders and same blender can be used to roast the spice powders while bending.
