DISTILLATION AND BREWING SYSTEMS
Micro distillery
We produce such small installations with capacities between 20 and 150 liters with the utmost care. Like with all facilities, we focus on the best possible quality while keeping an eye on cost effectiveness as well. These efficient installations produce distillates, thanks to the use of tried and tested components, best possible copper working offering coppersmith quality, and the outstanding cooperation between our construction and manufacturing departments.
Pot Stills
Distilleries are the finest copper pot stills, truly custom-built for you by Germany's oldest fabricator, electrically or steam heated, from a small 50 liter fully-featured pilot pot still systems up to 12,000 liter copper stills.
Continuous distillery plants
We build continuously running plants for capacities of 600 l of mash per hour and more. The fermented mash is preheated in a special dephlegmator before moving on into the mash column. There, it meets with vapor streaming in the opposite direction, flows against it, down onto the mash plates, with the alcohol evaporating. The dealcoholized stillage is then discharged. Above the mash filler, there are several distillation plates for the rectification of the alcohol. Continuous plants are perfect for non-chunky mashes such as from grain, molasses, or wine. Contrary to the notion that this process would destroy many aromas, experience shows that quite intense rough distillates can be generated, which can then be finished to become high-quality distillates using a batch installation.
Liquor blending and storage tanks
We supply blending and storage tanks in various sizes starting from 3000L, with the tank system we also can supply fully automatic valve mix for automatic selection and blending of the products from different tanks . Which minimizes the long piping and product losses.
Pub Breweries
Pub Breweries are custom kettle craftsmanship all around from 5 to 30 hecto liter (or barrel) capacities.
Yeast propagation tanks
Cylindrical-conical tanks, fully insulated with cooling jackets. The sterilization sample cocks, carbon stones, magnetic stirrers and loading cells are some of the components that are usually required for these tanks. They can be used individually or combined to implement a complete multistage yeast propagation system.
Dry Hopping Dosing Tanks
Recently designed tanks for your dry hopping needs which are suitable for the production of hoppy beer. The tank is also equipped with a pump that is powered by an inverted and a series of controllers to manage the hopping phases.
Hop Back Tanks
HOP BACK TANKS Recently designed tanks for the hop back, used for the flow infusion and separation of whole hops in the brew house.
Fermentation and maturation tanks
The ferments, also called uni tanks can first be used as ferments and then as maturation tanks. They generally have a cylindrical-conical shape, with cooling jacket on the cone as well as on the shell and are fully insulated. Suitable for net capacity from 3 up to 800 hl.
Bright beer tanks
These tanks generally have a cylindrical shape with dished ends, cooling jackets on the shell and are fully insulated. Our standard of quality is very high with an enhanced degree of customization

Beer filtration systems
Framework in steel, coated stainless steel, on 40 model wheels and fixed base in the 60-100 and 120 models. Valves, control instruments and drip-collecting tray in stainless steel.
Plates in stainless steel for all models and optionally in plastic for the 40 and 60 models.
Filters are steam serializable and sanitary. Manual screw-down closing system with optional supplement for manual hydraulic closing in the 40 and 60 models.
Hydraulic closing system with hydraulic unit in the 60-100 and 120 models.

Flash Pasteurizers
In order to preserve the beer characteristics, it is necessary to inactivate, through pasteurization, the existing microorganisms and enzymes.
Flash Pasteurization plants assure maximum security and minimum alterations of products according to HTST principle (high temperature short time) and they guarantee:
High thermal exchange coefficient;
Low dirtying rate;
Easy and speedy cleaning and maintenance;
Enlargement or transformation possibility.
Returnable and New Glass bottle washer and rinsers
Production range: from 3.000 to 60.000 bottle/hour.
Bottle handled: new and returnable bottle with label (paper or paper plus aluminum) or without. Washing cycle description: 1 soaking bath - 1 label extraction station - 1 detergent jetting station - 1 jetting station for recycled rinsing - 1 jetting station for final rinsing.

Counter pressure filler for beer
counter-pressure filling technology, suitable to fill carbonated and still beverages in glass and PET bottles. This machine is the product of advanced research and development towards a target of Heavy/Duty construction and High Quality standards (having always been our top goal) in the field of Carbonated and Still products (Water, Soft Drinks, Beer, Juices). With this machine is offering state of the art technology for the medium/high capacity lines (from 5,000 up to 70,000 bph).
Beer pasteurization tunnels
Their constructional feature is the modularity, which allows us to propose functional solutions starting from 3 up to 200m2, on single or double level, allowing the customer to optimize space and energy consumption. They are equipped with PLC and operator interface, allowing the customer to optimize the cycle time and the energy used to accomplish the work, minimizing the operating costs of the machine. The accurate temperature control ensures precise dosage of pasteurization units UP. The high energy efficiency of the machine is guaranteed by the special shape of the spraying nozzles and a careful study of their distribution.
