SALT WASHERS
FLOATING / PULVERIZATING IN COUNTERCURRENT BRINE FLOW Capacities up to: 300 TPH Salt washing equipment in counter-flow solid-liquid with two washing systems: suspension-precipitation and pulverization. It counts with receiving hopper and adjustment system for the fines. The transmission is hermetic and includes brine feeding pumps.
VIBRATING CENTRIFUGES
One basket vibrating Centrifuges for different capacities are the main dewatering machines for the salt crystals after the washing plants in the Salinas.

ADDITIVES/IODINE DOZER
The additives dozers are based on the constant additive (iodine, anticaking and/or fluorine) pulverization on the salt line, with exactly range proportions under your country legislations.
FLUIDIZED BED DRYERS
Fluid Bed Drying-Cooling system, for reduce the moisture of the salt inside the refineries. Diesel and/or Gas powered, move the high pressure air into the drying camera for reduce the salt moisture. A cyclone system recovers the fine salt particles and exhaust the combustion air.
SIEVE SCREENS
Vertical sieve screens for salt products classifications. Built in stainless steel for separate the different products.
FFS AUTOMATIC PACKAGING
AUTOMATIC FFS PACKING MACHINES WET SALT AND/OR DRY SALT Formats from: 500 grs 5 Kg Automatic Packing Machine for bags: up to 5 Kgs. Starting from the bag film, shaping the bag, filling and closing it automatically. The welding is by impulses or by constant heat depending on the material. The dossier is volumetric interchangeable by conveyor-screw depending on the type of salt.
SALT PELLETS
SALT PELLETS COMPACHING MACHINE It is formed by two cylinders that lodge an specified numbers of shapes depending on the size of the salt tablets to be produced. A forced feeding system by screw makes the salt to be unaired and obliges it to pass through the rollers then filling the cells and forming the tablet.
