It has been designed to perform and effective and perfect seal on bottles and containers with aluminum caps, pilfer proof caps, roll-on caps, Pedi strip caps on glass, PET bottles and jugs. Totally Manufactured in Stainless Steel. Able to thread caps from 18mm to 38mm in diameter in addition to special caps. With two skirting roller and two threading roller and specific top load, guarantees a hermetic seal, a perfect thread and an infallible upper seal and tamper evident. With the appropriate adapter, the head can be used in other manufacturers machines. With the same head and an additional accessory there is the possibility to apply non refillable caps.

The automatic crowner is suitable to close crown caps 26 to 29mm diameter on cylindrical glass bottles 55 to 115mm diameter with a maximum height of 370mm. The crowning head operates mechanically and can be manually adjusted via a hand wheel allowing the machine work with various bottle formats. The crown caps are feed from a vibrating feeding bowl to the cap chute equipped with a cap present photocell, also included is a start/stop device to avoid cap damage. The crown compression is via an adjustable hydraulic shock-absorber.
Turrets are manufactured for high volume production markets and for reliable and demanding work process. Our equipment will process from 3000 bph to 60000 bph depending on the number of heads installed. Cap pick off system as bottle passes by taking cap from the cap chute dispenser that minimizes contact with the cap ensuring the exact placement on the bottle.

Their modular design allows you to start with just a cap lightener and easily add automation capabilities such as chute or automatic cap feeder later as you need them.
The oxygen in ambient promotes oxidation in the product causing change in color and raising of aerobic microorganisms affecting the product. For this reason it is necessary for a correct conservation to extract the air inside the containers. The machine extract the air mechanically through a pump. This procedure is particularly efficient to reduce the oxygen quantity down to a very low level. It is particularly indicated for hygroscopic products and products packaged at room temperature (lyophilized, citrate, salt, medicine in powder or tablets, coffee, cheese, mayonnaise, cream in general, meat pate, sauces, etc.). The machine can be set to operate with modified atmosphere: after the extraction of air the container is saturated with inert gas (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.).
