CEYLON CINNAMON (TRUE CINNAMON, PURE CINNAMON)
Cinnamon is a spice which is acquired from the inner bark of tropical tree species from genus cinnamomum:
- Ceylon cinnamon is called as true cinnamon and Mexican cinnamon.
- Has a mild, subtle sweet taste with fragrant smell.
- Light brown color.
- Contains only 0.04% coumarin level and better for daily uses.
ALBA
ALBA is the best and most prized quality of the cinnamon. Also, it is the thinnest and very smooth cinnamon grade. Its diameter is 6-7mm (very thin similar to pencil). ALBA cinnamon gives quite taste and fresh pleasant aroma.
C5-SPECIAL
C5 special is only second to the ALBA cinnamon grade on thickness and the price. Its diameter is 7-9mm.It has excellent taste and aroma.
C5
C5 has very high demand.C5 grade cinnamon is slim and golden yellow color with a sweet taste. Its diameter is 12-13 mm.
C4
This type of cinnamon is pale, tan yellow in color and high demand for smoothness. It has sweet taste. Its diameter is 16mm
M5
5M grade consist of thin sticks of cinnamon. Rough in appearance and reddish brown color patches on the surface.it has quite fragrance and sweet taste. Its diameter is 18mm.
M4
M4 type cinnamon comprises of selected selection of fine cinnamon. Reddish brown patches on the surface of the quills. It has good aroma and sweet taste. Its diameter is 21mm.
H1
H1 grade cinnamon comprises the finest and most expensive portions of rough cinnamon bark. Its dimeter is 23mm.
H2 SUPER
H2 super grade cinnamon consist of about 90% of golden yellow cinnamon sticks of good quality. Its diameter is 25mm.
H2 NORMAL
H2 normal cinnamon comprises the sorted portions of the rough cinnamon bark. Thinnest than the H2 super grade. Its diameter is 32mm.
H2 FAQ
This grade cinnamon has approximately 40% of the less hard portions of H2 grade. Its diameter is 35mm.
H3
H3 cinnamon grade comprises of the rough cinnamon bark. Thickest cinnamon grade. Its diameter is 38mm.
NO 1 QUILLINGS
No 1 quilling grade consists of slightly larger quillings which are obtained in the process of cutting and baling cinnamon.
NO 2 QUILLINGS
This is a type of cinnamon which consist of tiny chips caused in the process of bailing cinnamon.
OFF CUT CINNAMON
Consist of whole cinnamon sticks from any desired grade cut into various size.
CINNAMON POWDER
